- How do I fill in the booking form?
When making a booking please enter the full name of all passengers in your group, your mobile number, the date of travel, your flight landing/departure time and your exact destination.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
In order to confirm your booking, you have to pay for it online. Follow the booking procedure and enter your card details. You will receive a written payment confirmation and a ticket to travel. We have a secure payment system, so all payment information is encrypted over a secure connection.
- How long will the transfer take from Geneva airport to Chamonix?
This normally takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. For the busy weekends like Christmas, New Years, February school holidays, this might take 1 ½ hours to 2 hours.
We will take this into account when scheduling your transfer, so that you reach your destination on time.
- How does it work at the airport?
Once you have booked your transfer and received confirmation, our driver will be waiting for you at the agreed time in the arrivals hall, in front of the information desk for Geneva Airport. He will be holding a sign with your name on it. If the driver cannot find you, he will call you on the mobile number provided on your booking. We will then take you to your destination.
- My requested destination is not listed on the booking form, what do I do?
If you cannot see your desired pick up/drop off destination on the booking form, please send us a booking enquiry via the contact form and we will get back to you shortly with a quote and payment link if you wish to book. For an instant response, you can also call our office +33 679 212 332.
- I am travelling with my children; do I need anything in particular?
We are happy to have your children on-board, we will provide an appropriate seat for them: baby/child/booster, depending on their age. Please make sure you check the correct box when placing your booking. By law children and babies must use these seats to travel.
- Do you charge extra for my luggage, ski/snowboard bag, or mountain bike?
We have no extra fees for your luggage, but to ensure we operate a smooth service, please let us know when you book what baggage you will be carring. If you carry your skiing equipment or mountain bike, it needs to be packed in an appropriate bag/box.
- For my return trip, how do I know what time I will be picked up from my accommodation?
The day before your return trip, you will receive a text message on your mobile number with the pick up time, exact location and driver’s contact details. For a Chamonix to Geneva transfer, we normally schedule the pick up time 3 to 3 ½ hours before your flight departure.
- My plans have changed and I need to amend/cancel my booking.
We are flexible with your booking but please give us a 72 hours notice where possible. Please contact us 72 hours prior to your transfer and we will make the necessary changes to your booking.
- My flight has been cancelled or delayed? What should I do?
Once you have been informed about this, please let us know straight away, so we could reschedule your transfer. You could either contact the office or call the driver directly. We will do our best to meet you at the airport in due time.
