How can I book a transfer with you?
To make a reservation, simply fill out our contact form available on our website by clicking here. Our team will promptly get in touch to confirm and finalize the details for your upcoming trip.
How can I pay for my transfer?
To confirm your reservation, payment must be made in advance, at least 10 days before your scheduled transfer date.
Payments can be made online via a payment link or through a bank transfer. For online payments, please follow the procedure, enter your card details, or use Apple Pay/Google Pay. You will receive an immediate confirmation of payment along with an order number. Our payment system is secure: all payment information is encrypted via a secure connection.
How do I meet the driver?
Once your transfer is booked and confirmed, our driver will wait for you at the agreed meeting point: typically, in the arrivals hall of the airport (at Geneva Airport, in front of the yellow information desk). For train stations, the driver will wait outside the station, and for hotels, at the reception.
The driver will hold a sign with your name.
If you cannot see the driver, you can contact them directly using the mobile number sent beforehand. Alternatively, you can reach us at +33 (0)6 79 21 23 32 for assistance.
Our colleague will help with your luggage and then drive you to your destination.
My flight/train was canceled or delayed. What should I do?
Our team monitors flight and train schedules in real-time and adjust to any changes.
However, you might receive the information before we do. Please inform us immediately so we can reschedule your transfer. You can contact our office or call the driver directly. We will do our best to meet you at the airport acording to the new schedule.
Your private transfer includes one hour of waiting time at the airport after landing.
Please note that our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 10 days’ notice. Any reservations canceled less than 10 days before the transfer date are non-refundable.
I’m traveling with children. How can I get child seats?
We are delighted to welcome children on board.
Children up to 10 years old must travel in an appropriate car seat suited to their age, size, and weight.
When booking, please specify your group composition, the age of your children, their weight, and the type of car seats needed. No additional charge applies—car seats are provided free of charge.
If you prefer to travel with your own car seat, kindly let us know in advance.
Do you charge extra for luggage, ski/snowboard bags, or bicycles?
We do not charge extra for your luggage or equipment.
However, to ensure a smooth service, please inform us of the luggage you’ll be carrying at the moment of booking. Ski/snowboard equipment or bicycles must be packed in appropriate bags or boxes.
Please note, that we need to ensure that the number of people in your group and total luggage can fit into your selected vehicle. If not, we may arrange for a second vehicle (subject to availability) or request that you reduce the amount of luggage.
We are flexible and confident in our ability to find a suitable solution for every situation.
Do you allow pets in the vehicles?
Yes, pets are welcome on board at no extra cost. They must be transported in their carriers.
For my return trip, how will I know when I’ll be picked up from my accommodation?
The evening before your transfer, you will receive an SMS with the pickup time, location, and driver contact details. For transfers from Chamonix to Geneva Airport, pickup is typically scheduled 3 to 4 hours before your flight departure, depending on traffic and road conditions.
